Very thorough news highlights and great weather coverage. Use everyday.

Have had the app since earlier versions. Current version is slow to load and crashes often. Do not like the new format to get to the news. Also HATE the fact that they post "news" in the alerts notification. Should be for weather emergencies, Amber Alerts and traffic emergencies only in my opinion. If I want a sports score, I will look at the news or sports sections. Streaming works intermittently on iphone. - Update - Still slow to load and crashes often. Alarm goes off, crash, receive text, crash. UpDate again: 40 second load time in wifi in this day and age is nuts. Still slow to load, call-crash, text-crash. And getting worse with news. 4 news stories nationally? Really? That is all? Time to delete and use google news and yahoo news and the local paper. Might be faster.

WBIR-TV provides at-a-glance what I want to know to stay updated. Runs smoothly, decently organized, and where I go for our local news!

WBIR doesnt update news as often as other stations, and the weather varies between the different places it can be checked in the app. Its OK but could be much better and more current.

Decent app but can be improved.

The app takes forever to actually load data. Once it does load, I have to navigate to another page within the app to actually get the news. The previous version was much better and a result have started looking for news via a different local stations app.

It is a good update, however, I liked the weather in the previous version the best. Also, would like to see the barometric pressure listed. In fact, with the elaborate update, I am surprised it would not be listed.

Like the format a lot better than the previous version, but I would like to see more variety in the stories like the website as opposed to repeated stories in the TOP and LOCAL sections. It seems there could be a better way to approach that, though I dont have a suggestion.

I like watching the news of a morning from my iPad. The updates version is better, but still often stops the news cast and will not allow it to restart. You can go completely out of the app and back in, and it will not start. I had emailed the station back when they changed their website and told them what was happening with the app, which started after the website change. I dont know if the two are related. I do know it is frustrating when it stops and you cant restart.

Im very impressed with the app wbir! Looks and feels like a paid app only its free. Great for looking up the weather or the need to know news with those notifications that pop up on my phone. Im an officer out of cocke county so its useful knowing about missing children or local shootings. Thank you for this very useful app.

the app is decent overall, but most importantly it needs to be optimized for the iPhone 6/6 Plus. its currently just blown up for the bigger screen and is very blurry.

This app is ok. I get notifications, all summarized in a list. I click the summary, thinking it will take me to one of those items, but instead just takes me to the homepage. The arrangement on the homepage is so vague, unless its sports or entertainment, you cant really tell which of those tiles will take you to any actual news. So I rarely use this app, considering uninstalling.

Great information, great personalities and the live broadcast streams well. I listen to it at work so I am up to date.

I liked the app better before the update. It freezes up a lot, and makes you exit out and restart. I appreciate the information though.
